Relationship management at FSH

Relationship management is part of social sustainability and involves actively building good relationships between landlords, residents, and the community. When people feel comfortable, safe, and involved in their living environment, value is created for everyone involved. Sometimes landlords lack the time and/or resources to carry this out, and that is where we can help.

If you are a member and want to engage in your area or a landlord who wants to hear more about how we work with relationship management, get in touch!

What relationship management creates

For residents

For those who live here, relationship management means a chance to participate in influencing how you want things to be in your area. Our goal is to work together with you, the residents, to create a safer area and a daily life that feels good. When you know your neighbours, the sense of community becomes stronger and loneliness decreases. This creates an environment where both you and the area can thrive and develop.

For landlords

For landlords, relationship management creates a better everyday life for both tenants and employees. When relationships are strengthened, frustration in the area decreases, and contact becomes easier and more positive. It provides a safer, calmer environment where people feel comfortable, want to stay longer, and where staff can focus on meeting people instead of problems.

For society

We all have a part to play in creating the society we want to live in. Safer and more inclusive housing areas contribute to people feeling a sense of belonging and participation, which strengthens both community and hope for the future. It reduces social exclusion and allows more people the opportunity to live a stable and meaningful life.

This is how relationship management works

When a landlord joins us, we start with a joint kick-off meeting where we get to know your areas and the needs that exist. Based on this, we develop a plan for each property, always tailored to the residents, their daily lives, and your goals as a landlord.

We then work together to implement activities, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for residents to engage in ways that suit them. Our focus is on building long-term relationships, everyday security, and an area where people thrive and feel at home.

It is in the collaboration and co-creation that a vibrant and sustainable residential area emerges.
