What we do
The Association for Sweden's Tenants (FSH) is a non-profit organisation that represents tenants in dialogue with landlords. Our mission is to support you as a tenant by:
- Representing you in rent negotiations, so that your rent is set in a legally secure and transparent manner, according to applicable regulations.
- Creating opportunities for influence, by listening to your questions and comments and conveying them in dialogue with the landlord.
- Work for comfort and security by supporting initiatives that strengthen the community and living environment.
We are relatively new as an organisation, but we have solid experience and knowledge of the rental market. Our goal is to build long-term, sustainable relationships with both tenants and property owners to create safe and functional living environments.
