This is how it works

Frequently asked questions about membership.

In some properties, membership in FSH is included as part of the rental agreement. This means that you automatically become a member when you sign the contract, at no extra cost or separate application. The landlord covers the membership fee, so it costs you nothing extra.
If you live in a property where FSH negotiates rents, but membership is not included automatically, you can apply for membership yourself.

Membership is voluntary, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us at hej@sverigeshyresgaster.org. This will not affect your right to reside.

You can participate in dialogue and our activities, provide feedback on negotiations or come up with ideas for social activities. Our channel is open for you, just write!
