Contact and dialogue – We start with an open dialogue to understand the property's needs and conditions.
Fact collection – We collect relevant data (e.g. comparisons, costs) to ensure a fair negotiation.
Negotiation – We negotiate based on utility value and applicable regulations, focusing on long-term solutions.
Agreement and follow-up – Once the agreement is finalised, we follow up to ensure that both parties are satisfied and that the agreement is adhered to.
