The Association for Sweden's Tenants has had an initial meeting with representatives from Property Owners Sweden and Property Owners Stockholm.
During the meeting, we presented our operations, our view on the development of the rental market, and the issues that are important to our members. We also had the opportunity to discuss how different actors in the rental market can contribute to a well-functioning dialogue between tenants and property owners.
We welcome conversations with all organisations operating in the Swedish housing market. To address the challenges facing the rental market, dialogue, respect for different perspectives, and a willingness to find solutions that work for both tenants (existing as well as future) and property owners are needed.
